You may have noticed something’s different around here. I felt like it was time to make things a little more homey for my visitors. So today, I’m launching my official website at

When thinking about my new digs, I knew I wanted to have a little fun. And when I noticed an astonishing lack of cards for writers, I decided it was time someone fill that niche. So, I dusted off my rusty graphic design skills and developed CoryCards – the first FREE ecards for writers. I’ve designed these babies for you to send your favorite writer, agent, beta reader or editor a little love. Did you catch the part where I said they’re FREE?

To celebrate the launch of my new site and CoryCards, I’m having a little give away and inviting you to have some fun by writing your own CoryCard. The top 5 winners will see their card designed and added to CoryCards – with credit given to the writer, of course.

To enter: Take a look at my CoryCards so you understand the format. Write a card of your own and leave the text in the comments below by Friday, January 14. Feel free to list any visual cues if you like, but don’t feel like they’re necessary. That’s it! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

For those who don’t want to write a card, you can still enter to win.  One random winner will receive all ten of the books in the picture below. To enter: tweet a friend with this message, “This tweet is just to say I <3 you. #corycard” by Friday, January 14.

I will notify all winners on Monday, January 17. Good luck!

You could win ALL these. (Click on the image to enlarge it.)  🙂
